This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Homio and Homio Resident applications (collectively, the "Service") and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Application refers to Homio (for landlords and property managers) and Homio Resident (for tenants and residents), the mobile applications provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to DanaExperts, 8 Nguyen Hien Le Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
• Country refers to: Vietnam
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• User-Provided Data refers to data that You voluntarily enter into the Application, such as tenant information, residence registration details, and billing records.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Account credentials (password is stored in encrypted form)
• Profile photo (if provided)
• Usage Data

User-Provided Data

The Application allows users to enter and manage information related to apartment rental management. This data may include:

• Tenant and resident information (name, contact details)
• Temporary residence registration data
• Billing and invoice information
• Apartment and room details
• Maintenance and feedback requests
• Photos uploaded for profile, identification, or maintenance requests

This User-Provided Data is stored securely on our servers and is used solely for providing the core functionality of the Service. All User-Provided Data is linked to Your Account.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, language preferences, and other diagnostic data.

Push Notifications

We may send You push notifications to alert You about payment reminders, maintenance updates, and other Service-related information. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through Your device settings at any time. We collect device tokens solely for the purpose of delivering these notifications.

Camera and Photo Library

The Application may request access to Your device's camera and photo library for the purpose of uploading profile photos, identification documents, or images related to maintenance requests. Photos are only accessed when You explicitly choose to take or select a photo within the Application.

Data Linked to Your Account

All personal data collected or provided through the Application is linked to Your user account. This includes Your name, email address, phone number, and all User-Provided Data such as tenant information, residence registration details, and billing records. This data is used only for providing the Service functionality and Account management purposes. We do not use this data for tracking or advertising.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service: including apartment management, billing, tenant management, and residence registration features.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service, authenticate Your identity, and maintain Your account security.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, push notifications, or other forms of electronic communication regarding payment reminders, service updates, or account-related matters.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests, feedback, and maintenance reports submitted through the Service.
• To improve the Service: To understand how the Service is used, identify issues, and improve the user experience.

We do NOT use Your Personal Data for advertising, tracking, or sharing with third-party advertisers.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share Your Personal Data in the following limited situations:

• Between landlords and tenants: Certain information (such as name, apartment details, and billing information) is shared between landlords using Homio and tenants using Homio Resident to enable the core rental management functionality.
• With Service Providers: We may share Your Personal Data with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, and to provide cloud hosting and infrastructure services.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your explicit consent.
• As required by law: We may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for as long as Your account is active.
• User-Provided Data (tenant info, invoices, residence records) is retained for as long as Your account is active or as required for legal compliance.
• Usage Data is retained for a shorter period, unless used to strengthen security or improve the Service.

When You delete Your account, We will delete or anonymize Your Personal Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and cloud servers. Your data may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of Your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, You consent to this transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

• You may update or delete certain information from within the Application's account settings.
• You may request complete account deletion by contacting Us at the email address provided below.
• Upon account deletion, all Personal Data and User-Provided Data associated with Your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encrypted password storage
• Secure token-based authentication
• Regular security assessments
